How can I place an order?

Ordering is super simple: After placing the desired items in your basket, you can complete your order by clicking the [checkout] button. During the ordering process, you will be guided in steps to enter your shipping address and payment information. Once the purchase is completed, an automated confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

What happens after my order has been placed?

Your order will be sent directly to the nearest warehouse to the receiving address. Normally, it will be packed and shipped within 24 hours. If you have anything would like to amend your order before the dispatch, please feel free to contact us via the form on the bottom of this page. We will be more than happy to help. 

Once the order is shipped, you will be notified via email. A tracking number or link will also come to your email inbox in several hours once it has been generate by the carrier.

Will I be charged taxes upon receiving my package?

The Tax is included on the price for US and Canada orders. For international orders, customers may need to pay import charges upon receiving goods. EZVALO Store does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.

Shipping

Shipping to US and Canada

The standard order be typically processed within 24 hours from one of our regional fulfilment centers. Orders placed on a Friday will most likely be shipped on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping. Please note that time frames of standard (3-5 Days) shipping service depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method. We are aiming to deliver all US and CA orders in 5 days.  We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Proper is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We update our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts regularly with production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand. If you have any specific request, please fill the contact form below and one of us will get back to you as soon as we can.

International shipping

International shipping is available, but the cost varies often. 

We are happy to calculated it for you based on real time shipping rates and associated fees. Contact us with the form on the bottom of this page.

Payment Methods

EZVALO store supports PayPal, PayPal Express, AMEX, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.

For checking out with PayPal, login to your Paypal account and the transaction will be made via PayPal's secure channel.

For card payment, , you will be prompt to input your card detail and finish the 3D security check during the ordering process. All card payments will be authorized directly from your bank, so please contact your bank at the first instance if there is any payment issue.

The currency is stated in USD dollars at the checkout, why is this?

Although you can use the currency converter to view the price of a product in your local currency, all payments are processed in USD dollars as EZVALO Store is based in US.

Coupon codes can only be applied at the checkout. Any discount or offer will show on the order page before you make the payment.

Returns & Warranty

Return Policy

If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, or the item you received is faulty, damaged, or otherwise not as described on our website, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. To claim a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team (via the form on the bottom) with your Order Number, reason for your return, and (if applicable) evidence/photos of any product faults. We will be happy to ship you a new item, or refund the price you paid for the product (excluding shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging (in a resellable condition). We will review your email and provide you with a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) prior to shipping your product back to us. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number (if possible) for all return items, as we are unable to refund items that are damaged due to improper protection and we are not responsible for lost or damaged products being returned to us. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund after we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item and assessed that it is in an acceptable condition, we will credit the original payment method according to the processing time of your bank.

Warranty

We offer one year standard warranty on all our products that originally purchased from our website www.ezvalo.com. If you have the product purchased from other online platform or local retailers, please contact them in the first instance for registering the warranty services.
