Free door-to-door shipping from local warehouses to multiple locations in the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and Canada is available for orders over $99.99 Domestic shipping takes 3-5 days, depending on the destination.

Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2--3 working days upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. Return & Refund Policy

GENERAL RETURNS

You may initiate a return for an item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse(minus actual shipping costs we incurred). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, we'll pay these shipping costs.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

Must be in resalable condition

Must be free from scratches and/or defects

Must not have been installed

Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.

Must not be missing pieces

Return Eligibility

Items must be in unused, in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Custom items cannot be returned. This includes kits and any linear product cut shorter than its manufactured length.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
